　　在這個(gè)月里，我參加了公司安排的新員工培訓(xùn)、各種相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的培訓(xùn)和工作技能培訓(xùn)。培訓(xùn)期間，我積極主動(dòng)地和老同事交流，希望盡快熟悉公司的基本狀況和工作環(huán)境。培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后，我被安排到聯(lián)通工程組。剛到工程時(shí)，工程經(jīng)理周工和我的指導(dǎo)師，給我推薦了大量的相關(guān)資料和文檔，并指導(dǎo)我盡快地適應(yīng)工程的工作。 工作和生活中，我一直嚴(yán)格要求自己，遵守公司的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度。盡心盡力，履行自己的工作職責(zé)，認(rèn)真及時(shí)做好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的每一項(xiàng)任務(wù)。當(dāng)然我在工作中還存在一定的問(wèn)題和缺乏，比方：對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)不太熟悉，處理問(wèn)題不能得心應(yīng)手，工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面有待提高；對(duì)相關(guān)知識(shí)情況了解的還不夠詳細(xì)和充實(shí)，掌握的技術(shù)手段還不夠多；需要繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)以提高自己的知識(shí)水平和業(yè)務(wù)能力，加強(qiáng)分析和解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力；同時(shí)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力也需要進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)等。

　　這段時(shí)間里，我學(xué)到了很多，感悟了很多。看到公司良好的開展勢(shì)頭，我深深地感到驕傲和自豪，因此我更加迫切的希望能以一名正式員工的身份為公司工作，實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的奮斗目標(biāo)，表達(dá)自己的價(jià)值，和公司共同成長(zhǎng)。

　　珍貴的三年護(hù)理專業(yè)的大學(xué)生活已接近尾聲，回顧自己走過(guò)的路，我感覺非常有必要將這三年所學(xué)進(jìn)行總結(jié)，以便在今后的工作生活中揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短。

　　本人從XX年進(jìn)入廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)護(hù)理學(xué)院就讀護(hù)理學(xué)以來(lái)，積極地學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的護(hù)理知識(shí)和認(rèn)真工作，雖然有成功的淚水，也有失敗的辛酸，也有過(guò)無(wú)法補(bǔ)及的過(guò)錯(cuò)。

　　然而，日益激烈的社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也使我充分意識(shí)的成為一名德、智、體全面發(fā)展的大學(xué)生的重要性，但是，當(dāng)我們真正接觸到病人后，我發(fā)現(xiàn)臨床護(hù)理和我們書本上所學(xué)的知識(shí)還是存在著差距的，自己不僅要有扎實(shí)的護(hù)理理論知識(shí)，還要有熟練的操作技能，應(yīng)具備有受傷觀、愛心、奉獻(xiàn)精神等。

　　無(wú)論如何，在過(guò)去在校學(xué)習(xí)的幾年是我不斷努力學(xué)習(xí)，不斷奮斗目標(biāo)，不斷完善自我，不斷經(jīng)歷成長(zhǎng)磨練的階段。在其中我曾經(jīng)努力學(xué)習(xí)護(hù)理相關(guān)知識(shí)，擔(dān)任班干、社團(tuán)干部和舍長(zhǎng)時(shí)工作認(rèn)真，與同學(xué)友好相處，積極主動(dòng)參與班集體活動(dòng)，也榮獲獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)；可其中我也迷糊過(guò)，踏上過(guò)錯(cuò)誤的路，但是我一直都在悔悟，它使我擁有動(dòng)力更努力地完善自我，改正不足，讓我的人生更充滿信心與動(dòng)力。
