　　通過半年多的護(hù)理工作實習(xí)，在帶教老師的悉心指導(dǎo)與耐心帶教下，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)《醫(yī)療事故處理條例》及其法律法規(guī)，并積極參加醫(yī)院組織的醫(yī)療事故護(hù)理條例培訓(xùn)，多次參加護(hù)理人員學(xué)習(xí)，通過學(xué)習(xí)使我意識到，市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的建立，法律制度日益完善，人民群眾法制觀念不斷增強(qiáng)，依法辦事、依法維護(hù)自身的合法權(quán)益已成為人們的共識，現(xiàn)代護(hù)理質(zhì)量觀念是全方位、全過程的讓病人滿意，這是人們對醫(yī)療護(hù)理服務(wù)提出更高、更新的需求，因而豐富法律知識，增強(qiáng)安全保護(hù)意識，并且可以使護(hù)理人員懂法、用法、依法減少醫(yī)療事故的發(fā)生。理論水平與實踐水平有了一定提高，

　　成為一名護(hù)士，是心中的夢想，我也因此考入了我們學(xué)校，學(xué)習(xí)護(hù)理專業(yè)，為以后工作奠定基礎(chǔ)，大學(xué)五年里，每天都在努力學(xué)習(xí)，不斷拼搏奮斗期待著自己有一天走入醫(yī)院，可以更快入職。

　　回顧五年光陰，每天拿著護(hù)理課本，學(xué)習(xí)解剖學(xué)習(xí)人體結(jié)構(gòu)，掌握各種常見疾病，這是非常難的事情，因為需要記憶的東西太多，很多病例都是在不斷進(jìn)化，需要學(xué)習(xí)的東西很多，為了需要，每天拿著書看，記不下來，就多看，每次都在努力學(xué)習(xí)，艱苦的大學(xué)生活讓我能夠承受更大壓力，學(xué)到了更多東西。

　　學(xué)會自我學(xué)習(xí)，是每個大學(xué)生必須掌握的能力，進(jìn)入大學(xué)后，我明顯感覺自己所學(xué)東西太過簡單，因為以前到過醫(yī)院工作對于其中的一些東西有所了解，讓我明白我還需自己學(xué)習(xí)。每天圖書館都是我必去的地方，這里可以鞏固學(xué)習(xí)所得，還能夠查閱到更多高深的護(hù)理知識，每天的學(xué)習(xí)在圖書館中度過，成為了常態(tài)。

　　在假期我有機(jī)會去一家小門診做兼職，學(xué)會了很多護(hù)理必掌握的東西，開闊了眼界，這對我的學(xué)習(xí)幫助很大，雖然沒有為病人打針治病，但我卻也做到了自己該做的事情。接觸到了現(xiàn)實，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己永遠(yuǎn)都還有很多東西欠缺，所以我一直都在努力學(xué)習(xí)，從沒有想過自己學(xué)的東西是不是完全掌握，只有學(xué)到老，沒人能夠全部學(xué)完。

　　我在學(xué)校除了學(xué)習(xí)，也積極處理好與同學(xué)的關(guān)系，畢竟與同學(xué)經(jīng)常相處，至少要保持關(guān)系融洽這樣有利于今后發(fā)展，對我們來說這是必須鍛煉的事情，畢業(yè)了不是事情的結(jié)束，只是工作的開始。一切任務(wù)還在等待著我們完成。

　　今年是全國衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)繼續(xù)深化的一年，全體護(hù)理人員在院長重視及直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，本著“一切以病人為中心，一切為病人”的服務(wù)宗旨，較好的完成了院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的各項護(hù)理工作，完成了今年護(hù)理計劃90%以上，現(xiàn)將工作情況總結(jié)如下：

　　一、認(rèn)真落實各項規(guī)章制度

　　嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行規(guī)章制度是提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量，確保安全醫(yī)療的根本保證。

　　1、護(hù)理部重申了各級護(hù)理人員職責(zé)，明確了各類崗位責(zé)任制和護(hù)理工作制度，如責(zé)任護(hù)士、巡回護(hù)士各盡其職，杜絕了病人自換吊瓶，自拔針的不良現(xiàn)象。

　　2、堅持了查對制度：要求醫(yī)囑班班查對，每周護(hù)士長參加總核對1-2次，并有記錄；護(hù)理操作時要求三查七對；堅持填寫輸液卡，一年來未發(fā)生大的護(hù)理差錯。

　　3、認(rèn)真落實骨科護(hù)理常規(guī)及顯微外科護(hù)理常規(guī)，堅持填寫了各種信息數(shù)據(jù)登記本，配備五種操作處置盤。

　　4、堅持床頭交接班制度及晨間護(hù)理，預(yù)防了并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。

　　二、提高護(hù)士長管理水平

　　1、堅持了護(hù)士長手冊的記錄與考核：要求護(hù)士長手冊每月5日前交護(hù)理部進(jìn)行考核，并根據(jù)護(hù)士長訂出的適合科室的年計劃、季安排、月計劃重點進(jìn)行督促實施，并監(jiān)測實施效果，要求護(hù)士長把每月工作做一小結(jié)，以利于總結(jié)經(jīng)驗，開展工作。

　　2、堅持了護(hù)士長例會制度：按等級醫(yī)院要求每周召開護(hù)士長例會一次，內(nèi)容為：安排本周工作重點，總結(jié)上周工作中存在的優(yōu)缺點，并提出相應(yīng)的`整改措施，向各護(hù)士長反饋護(hù)理質(zhì)控檢查情況，并學(xué)習(xí)護(hù)士長管理相關(guān)資料。

　　3、每月對護(hù)理質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢查，并及時反饋，不斷提高護(hù)士長的管理水平。

　　4、組織護(hù)士長外出學(xué)習(xí)、參觀，吸取兄弟單位先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗，擴(kuò)大知識面：5月底派三病區(qū)護(hù)士長參加了國際護(hù)理新進(jìn)展學(xué)習(xí)班，學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束后，向全體護(hù)士進(jìn)行了匯報。

　　三、加強(qiáng)護(hù)理人員醫(yī)德醫(yī)風(fēng)建設(shè)

　　1、繼續(xù)落實護(hù)士行為規(guī)范，在日常工作中落實護(hù)士文明用語50句。

　　2、分別于6月份、11月份組織全體護(hù)士參加溫嶺賓館、萬昌賓館的禮儀培訓(xùn)。

　　3、繼續(xù)開展健康教育，對住院病人發(fā)放滿意度調(diào)查表，(定期或不定期測評)滿意度調(diào)查結(jié)果均在95%以上，并對滿意度調(diào)查中存在的問題提出了整改措施，評選出了最佳護(hù)士。

　　4、每月科室定期召開工休座談會一次，征求病人意見，對病人提出的要求給予最大程度的滿足。

　　5、對新分配的護(hù)士進(jìn)行崗前職業(yè)道德教育、規(guī)章制度、護(hù)士行為規(guī)范教育及護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)知識、專科知識、護(hù)理技術(shù)操作考核，合格者給予上崗。

　　四、提高護(hù)理人員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)

　　1、對在職人員進(jìn)行三基培訓(xùn)，并組織理論考試。

　　2、與醫(yī)務(wù)科合作，聘請專家授課，講授骨科、內(nèi)、外科知識，以提高專業(yè)知識。

　　3、各科室每周晨間提問1-2次，內(nèi)容為基礎(chǔ)理論知識和骨科知識。

　　4、“三八婦女節(jié)”舉行了護(hù)理技術(shù)操作比賽(無菌操作)，并評選出了一等獎(吳蔚蔚)、二等獎(李敏丹、唐海萍)、三等獎(周莉君)分別給予了獎勵。

　　5.12月初，護(hù)理部對全院護(hù)士分組進(jìn)行了護(hù)理技術(shù)操作考核：病區(qū)護(hù)士考核：靜脈輸液、吸氧；急診室護(hù)士考核：心肺復(fù)蘇、吸氧、洗胃；手術(shù)室護(hù)士考核：靜脈輸液、無菌操作。

　　6、加強(qiáng)了危重病人的護(hù)理，堅持了床頭交接班制度和晨間護(hù)理。

　　7、堅持了護(hù)理業(yè)務(wù)查房：每月輪流在三個病區(qū)進(jìn)行了護(hù)理業(yè)務(wù)查房，對護(hù)理診斷、護(hù)理措施進(jìn)行了探討，以達(dá)到提高業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)的目的。

　　8.9月份至11月份對今年進(jìn)院的9名新護(hù)士進(jìn)行了崗前培訓(xùn)，內(nèi)容為基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理與�？谱o(hù)理知識，組織護(hù)士長每人講一課，提高護(hù)士長授課能力。

　　9、全院有5名護(hù)士參加護(hù)理大專自學(xué)考試，有3名護(hù)士參加護(hù)理大專函授。

　　五、加強(qiáng)了院內(nèi)感染管理

　　1、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行了院內(nèi)管理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組制定的消毒隔離制度。

　　2、每個科室堅持了每月對病區(qū)治療室、換藥室的空氣培養(yǎng)，對高�？剖蚁募救缡中g(shù)室、門診手術(shù)室，每月進(jìn)行二次空氣培養(yǎng)，確保了無菌切口無一例感染的好成績。

　　3、科室堅持了每月對治療室、換藥室進(jìn)行紫外線消毒，并記錄，每周對紫外線燈管用無水酒精進(jìn)行除塵處理，并記錄，每兩月對紫外線強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行監(jiān)測。

　　4、一次性用品使用后各病區(qū)、手術(shù)室、急診室均能及時毀形，浸泡，集中處理，并定期檢查督促，對各種消毒液濃度定期測試檢查堅持晨間護(hù)理一床一中一濕掃。

　　5、各病區(qū)治療室、換藥室均能堅持消毒液(1：400消毒靈)拖地每日二次，病房內(nèi)定期用消毒液拖地(1：400消毒靈)出院病人床單進(jìn)行了終末消毒(清理床頭柜，并用消毒液擦拭)。

　　6、手術(shù)室嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行了院染管理要求，無菌包內(nèi)用了化學(xué)指示劑。

　　7、供應(yīng)室建立了消毒物品監(jiān)測記錄本，對每種消毒物品進(jìn)行了定期定點監(jiān)測。

　　六、護(hù)理人員較出色的完成護(hù)理工作

　　1、堅持了以病人為中心，以質(zhì)量為核心，為病人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)的宗旨，深入開展了以病人為中心的健康教育，通過發(fā)放健康教育手冊，以及通過護(hù)士的言傳身教，讓病人熟悉掌握疾病防治，康復(fù)及相關(guān)的醫(yī)療，護(hù)理及自我保健等知識。

　　2、八月份在三病區(qū)開展整體護(hù)理模式病房，三病區(qū)護(hù)士除了向病人講授疾病的防治及康復(fù)知識外，還深入病房與病人談心。

　　3、全年共收治了住院病人2357個，留觀125個，手術(shù)室開展手術(shù)2380例。急診護(hù)士為急診病人提供了全程服務(wù)，包括護(hù)送病人去拍片，做b超、心電圖，陪病人辦入院手續(xù)，送病人到手術(shù)室，三個病區(qū)固定了責(zé)任護(hù)士、巡回護(hù)士，使病員得到了周到的服務(wù)。

　　4、全院護(hù)理人員撰寫護(hù)理論文30篇，其中一篇參加了全國第三屆骨科護(hù)理學(xué)術(shù)交流，有3篇參加臺州地區(qū)學(xué)術(shù)交流，有2篇參加《當(dāng)代護(hù)士》第二十一次全國護(hù)理學(xué)術(shù)交流。

　　七、存在問題：

　　1、個別護(hù)士素質(zhì)不高，無菌觀念不強(qiáng)。

　　2、整體護(hù)理尚處于摸索階段，護(hù)理書寫欠規(guī)范。

　　3、由于護(hù)理人員較少，基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理不到位，如一級護(hù)理病人未能得到一級護(hù)士的服務(wù)，僅次于日常工作。

　　4、病房管理尚不盡人意。

　　一年來護(hù)理工作由于院長的重視、支持和幫助，內(nèi)強(qiáng)管理，外塑形象，在護(hù)理質(zhì)量、職業(yè)道德建設(shè)上取得了一定成績，但也存在一定缺點，有待進(jìn)一步改善。
